The Small Project Division is the newest Division to the D. J. Wagner Heating and Air Conditioning Organization. It was developed to enable us to provide better service to our customers. We discovered that projects under a certain size often require a quicker response for pricing, billing and performance than what is generally accepted on larger commercial projects. As in all our divisions, our primary focus is to provide the best possible service we can to meet our customers needs. Although the Small Projects Division has only been in existence for a few short months, it has already had a dramatic impact on improving the communication, performance and satisfaction we have supplied to our customers.
